Our policy lasts 30 days from the original invoice date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. ALL authorized RMA's are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, the reason is to cover processing fees to inspect returns and to send initial shipments, credit card fees, repackaging if needed, etc. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable, if the order received free shipping the shipping charges still apply and will be deducted from the return. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return for a refund on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items and packaging must be in new condition and in the original packaging. All returned items and packaging must be in a brand new condition so that we are able to re-sell them to other customer as NEW. If you assemble, install, modify the product, or damage the packaging, you will not be able to return the product for a refund.

Important note: We do our best to support all customer purchases. However individuals inability to install product due to lack of tools, mechanical knowledge, or not liking a product after its been installed is not something that we are able to accommodate. Please fully research the product and contact us with questions about the product prior to purchased, and especially prior to install.

The few exceptions for items which cannot be returned include:
-Items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page

-Electronics of any nature. LED light bars, headlights, switches, etc.

-Wheels & Tires

-Special Ordered Items not commonly stocked

-Any item that has been taken out of its original packaging 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or any other carries which offer signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a staff member will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment. reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.


Cancellation requests are handles the same as Returns, and are subjected to restocking fees and shipping charges.

If an order has shipped after a cancellation request is processed, the order then has to be processed as a return and not a cancellation. 

Cancellation/Refusal of a delivery after it has shipped is handled as return, plus and additional 10% restock free on top of a standard 20% restock fee will be applied.

If your order contained multiple items and qualified for free shipping and you opt to cancel a product/products that result in the new order total to be less than the free shipping qualification, the remaining items will be subjected to shipping costs
